Welcome to the official licensing terms for beats produced by Lazy Aparicio.
By purchasing or downloading any beat from this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all licensing terms outlined on this page, as well as the specific contract delivered with your purchase.

​1. License Types Available

 

Lazy Aparicio offers the following non-exclusive licenses:

​• MP3 Lease

A standard-quality license suitable for independent artists releasing music on streaming platforms, social media, and non-profit usage.
Full legal rights and limitations are detailed in the MP3 Contract provided at the time of purchase.

• WAV Lease

A higher-quality license providing a more professional sound for commercial release, streaming, performances, and monetized content.
All specific rights and limitations are detailed in the WAV Contract provided at the time of purchase.

 

2. Contract Delivery

At checkout, you will receive:

  • Your beat file(s)

  • Your official MP3 or WAV License Agreement PDF

  • Usage terms, restrictions, and permissions specific to your purchase

If you do not see your license contract in your email, please check your spam folder or contact me directly.

 

🔒 3. Agreement by Purchase

By completing a purchase on this website, you automatically agree to the terms specified in:

  • This Licensing Terms Page

  • The MP3 or WAV License Agreement delivered to you

  • Any branding, producer tag, or usage rules stated in the contract

No rights are granted unless payment is completed.

 

🚫 4. Prohibited Uses

Regardless of license type, you may NOT:

  • Register the beat or instrumental with Content ID

  • Claim producer credit

  • Remake, resell, or redistribute the beat

  • Transfer the license to another party

These restrictions are explained in more detail in your contract PDF.

 

🎙️ 5. Credit Requirement

All licenses require proper credit:

“Prod. by Lazy Aparicio”

This must appear in:

  • Song metadata

  • Streaming platform credits

  • YouTube descriptions

  • Any commercial use

Unauthorized use without credit may result in copyright action.
